Benefits Offered to Employees of Craft Oil Corporation
Team members become eligible for the following benefits on the 1st day of the month following their 60 days of employment
Life Insurance - Equal to the amount of the employee's salary up to $50,000.
Health Insurance- For employee only coverage Craft contributes 80% of premium and the employee contributes 20%. Coverage beyond employee only (employee/spouse, employee/child(ren), family – The company will contribute an amount equal to 80% of the employee only option + 20% of the difference of premium from employee only to the option they choose, the employee will contribute the balance of the premium.

Eligible for Paid Time Off after 90 days of employment –
All hours are prorated for the first year of employment and then begin to accrue January 1 of each year on the following schedule.

Personal Time - 40 hours per year – begins to accrue after 90 days of employment
Flexible Savings Account - The employee is eligible to contribute to a flexible savings account following completion of the 90 day probationary period.
401K - Eligible to contribute the first day of the month following completion of the 1st year of employment. Craft Oil matches $.50 per $1.00 up to 6% of salary.
7 Holidays - New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
Craft Oil is open Christmas Eve with a skeleton crew. Management will evaluate the needs of the department and ask for volunteers. If needed employees will be scheduled to work based on seniority. Anyone working Christmas Eve will be given a choice – they will receive a floating paid holiday to be used at some other time during the year, or they can be paid for the hours worked and the holiday (double pay).
