Craft Oil University

Craft Oil takes pride in their employee training program. In addition to regular on the job training for particular job duties, Craft Oil provides a variety of trainings from basic company and industry knowledge, to skill enhancing training under the Craft Oil University Program. Through a combined effort of Executive Management, Sales Management, and Human Resources, Craft Oil provides a variety of training through Craft Oil University. Regular trainings are scheduled for employees in all departments. Trainings include Customer Service, Computer Skills, Communication, Management and Supervisory Training, Safety Trainings and Technical trainings for the service department.

Craft Oil also requires all employees to complete certain trainings presented by the Craft Oil Sales Management Team. Craft Oil 101 and 102 cover basic company and industry knowledge, Craft oil product lines and Craft Oil Customer segments and the products they use.
