Benefits offered to employees of Craft Oil Corporation

Employees become eligible for the following benefits on the 1st day following 60 days of employment:

  • Life Insurance — Equal to the amount of the employee’s salary up to $50,000.
  • Health Insurance — Craft contributes 60% of premium and employee contributes 40%. There are two Blue Cross PPO plans to choose from.

The following are employee paid:

  • Dental — United Concordia
  • Vision — Davis Vision
  • Short Term and Long Term Disability.

Eligible for Paid Time Off after 60 days of employment – All hours are prorated for the first year of employment and begin to accrue January 1 of each year.

Vacation accrues with each payroll from date of hire as follows:

Hourly Employees
1 – 3 years 40 hours or one (1) week
4 – 10 years 80 hours or two (2) weeks
11 years and over 120 hours or three (3) weeks
Salary Employees
1 – 5 years 80 hours or two (2) weeks
6 years or over 120 hours or three (3) weeks

Sick Time — 32 hours per year – begins to accrue after 60 days of employment

Personal Day — 1 (8) hour day per year

401K — Eligible to contribute the first day of the quarter following completion of the 1st year of employment. Craft Oil matches $.50 per $1.00 up to 6% of salary.

7 Holidays — New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
