Wellness Program
Each year Craft Oil puts together a Wellness Program. There are many benefits to participation in the Wellness Program. By participating in the activities planned, the employee will gain a better understanding on a healthier way of life, possibly lose unwanted weight, quit smoking, and qualify for a bonus that will be awarded at the Annual Owner’s Meeting held in January of the following year. Postings of the year’s wellness activities can be found in each facility in public areas where other postings can be found.
In addition to the wellness activities there are also incentives for quitting smoking and joining a fitness center. Once you join a fitness center it is the employees responsibility to obtain a list of his/her sign ins. The employee will be reimbursed $20.00/month for every month they utilize the fitness center at least twice a week or eight (8) times per month. Sign in dates are to be submitted to Human Resources quarterly for reimbursement. Contact Human Resources with any questions you have regarding the wellness program and incentives requirements.
Craft Oil has opened the Fitness Center at the Duryea Warehouse. Exercise classes are held Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 5:15pm-6:15pm. (Yoga is held on Wednesdays). Anyone wishing to join the classes or use the cardio machines or universal weight machine you must see HR to sign the appropriate paperwork.
Safety Program

Craft Oil Corporation has a comprehensive Safety Program. Employees will be required to regularly participate in trainings scheduled through Craft Oil University or outside vendors. The Company believes it is the responsibility of each employee to contribute to the continued safe operation of our company. The safety of our employees, our customers, and the general public is always primary in our operations and activities.
First Aid kits are located in the general office, service department, warehouses and Vehicles. Fire extinguishers are provided throughout the facility. We are proud of our safety record. To protect all employees and to safeguard equipment and property, it is our policy that no employee will perform any type of work until they fully understand the correct operation and possible hazards involved, safety procedures, and the necessity of safety equipment. Accidents can be prevented through use of reasonable precautions and the practice of safe working habits.
